Nar Phu Valley trekking has been open to visitors only since 2003 and is known as the best trekking route in the Annapurna region. This trek is perfect for those trekkers who want to explore the hidden valley and trek off the beaten crossing through Challenging high passes like Masokanto La (5099m), and Kangla Pass (5200m). This is one of the best regions for viewing majestic mountains in the highlands. The Phu is the most beautiful medieval village where you can learn the real lifestyles of Bhote communities and enjoy and have the pleasure of the fabulous and typical landscape of the valley.


This trek starts right from Besishahar which is 7 hour drive from Kathmandu city and goes along the Marshyangdi River following the world-popular trekking route Annapurna Circuits trail. On other days we trek to reach Koto to follow the beaten track to Nar Phu valley in the north of Manang and pass the Kang La pass with a magnificent panorama of Annapurna massifs. The Kang La pass links Nar with Manang and 3 other Bhotia villages in the Neyshang valley. On other days we trek down further to reach the headquarters of the entire Mustang region, Jomsom from where we take a short super scenic flight to reach the natural charming city of Pokhara where we end our trek. We then continue on to Kathmandu, truly an unforgettable journey through Nepal.

Day 05: Bahundanda – Chamje (1,430m.) 5-6 hours walk

Day 06: Chamje – Dharapani (1,920m.) 4-5 hours walk

Day 07: Dharapani – Kotto. (2670m.) 5-6 hours walk

Day 08: Koto to Chhacha (3200m). 5-6 hours walk

Day 09: Chhacha to Meta (3700m) 4-5 hours walk

Day 10: Meta to Junum (4000m) 5-6hours walks

Day 11: Junum to Phu Valley (4200m) 4-5 hours walk

Day 12: Rest at Phu and Explore Phu Valley

Day 13: Phu to Yak Kharka 5-6 hours walk

Day 14: Yak Kharka to Panggi Pass

Day 15: Panggi Pass to Nar (4000m)

Day 16: Nar to Youingar

Day 17: Youingar to Kangla Pass (5322m)

Day 18: Kangla Pass to Manang (3351m)

Day 19: Manang – Letdar (4,250m.) 4-5 hours walk

Day 20: Letdar - Thorong Phedi [4,600m/15,092ft]: 3-4 hrs

Day 21: Thorong Phedi – Thorong La- Muktinath [3,800/12,467ft]: 7-8 hrs

Day 22: Muktinath to Jomsom 5-6 hours walking

Day 23: Fly back to Pokhara

Day 24: Pokhara - Kathmandu 6 hour

Day 25: Departure from Kathmandu for next trip or to your home

Basic Terms & Conditions

  1. On payment options, the REFERENCE or DESCRIPTION part should be filled with your full names or the name of the Safari Package.
  2. 50% of Payments must be deposited for reservation.
  3. Prices are in the assumption of full payment before the trip commences.
  4. Prices are in assumption no changes in current Park fees or Park regulations.
  5. If any unexpected changes in park or camps fees there will be a surcharge.
  6. Personal documents may be requested to verify payment if necessary or requested by the online gateway provider e.g Bank.

Refund Policy or Cancellation

Depositing money to us is an indication of readiness to make use of the tour and travel arrangements and accommodation we reserve on your behalf. All cancellations are subject to a certain charge based on estimated losses properly calculated as follows:

  1. If you cancel your trip 91 days to departure, 20% is forfeited.
  2. 61 days to 90 days, 30% of the safari cost is forfeited.
  3. 40 days to 60 days 60% of the tour cost is forfeited.
  4. 31 days to 39 days, 80% of the safari cost is forfeited.
  5. If cancellations are done one month (30 Days) to the trip or No show, 100% of the safari is forfeited.
  6. For payments not paid in full to the date of the departure, and failure of making final payments, reservations will be cancelled and no refund will be availed.
