Day 1 : Arrival, Transfer to Hotel.

According to flight details provided by you, you will be greeted by a representative at the international airport with your name and Himalayan Club Tours and travel written on it. Then, we will assist you with a transfer to the Hotel where you will be welcome by tea/coffee. In the evening we will have a welcome dinner organized by our team to get to know each other. Overall, we will stay overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 2 : Morning Yoga class; Kathmandu sightseeing. Overnight at Neydo Monastery.

Early in the morning, we will drive to “Himalayan Yoga Retreet” for a yoga class. Here we will be doing yoga activities for 2-3 hours which will be taught by a professional yoga guru “Teacher”. Then, we will drive back to the Hotel for breakfast. After having breakfast, at the hotel, we will drive to Kapan Monastery, Bouddhanath Stupa, and Pashupatinath Stupa. After sightseeing, we will again drive to Neydo Monastery. After that we will stay overnight at Neydo Monastery.

Day 3 : Full day yoga and Meditation class at Neyd Monaster, Namo Buddha and dhulikhel sightseeing.

Neydo Monasteries is a Bouddhist stupa Hotel. Every morning and evening gods are worshipped here and if you are interested in getting information on Buddhist history this place is the best place for you. We will also provide meditation and yoga activities in the hotel in the morning and evening. In the afternoon we will drive to Namo Buddha Monastery and Dhulikhel sightseeing. We will spend some time in Dhulikhel town where we can see the Landscape, the Himalayan Range, and the old Newari house. Then we will drive to Namo Buddha. This is the place where Buddha in his previous life offered his body to tigers tormented by starvation. Overall, we will stay overnight at Neydo Monastery.

Day 4 : Drive to Pokhara, overnight at Pokhara. (6-7 hrs drive)

Early in the morning, we will have some yoga activities in monasteries and then we will have some breakfast. Then, we will take a long drive to Pokhara. For that, we will drive around 210 Km from the hotel which takes a 6-7 hours drive. After check-in at the hotel, we will have a free day at Pokhara where we can spend our time near Phewa Lake and also go boating on it. Lastly, we will stay overnight at Pokhara.

Day 5 : Sarankot sunrise and yoga activities, Pokhara full days sightseeing.

Today we will drive to Sarankot Hill early in the morning for sunrise. Then we will enjoy the sunrise view of the mountain and do some yoga activities there. After that, we will drive back to the hotel and have breakfast and rest for some hours. In the afternoon we will drive for Pokhara sightseeing which includes; Davis Fall, Gupteshwor Cave, Mt. Musuem, Seti River, KIC Bridge, and Peace Stupa then again we will view the sunset from Ananda Hill in the evening. Lastly, we will spend overnight at Pokhara.

Basic Terms & Conditions

On payment options, the REFERENCE or DESCRIPTION part should be filled with your full names or the name of the Safari Package.
50% of Payments must be deposited for reservation.
Prices are in the assumption of full payment before the trip commences.
Prices are in assumption no changes in current Park fees or Park regulations.
If any unexpected changes in park or camps fees there will be a surcharge.
Personal documents may be requested to verify payment if necessary or requested by the online gateway provider e.g Bank.

Refund Policy or Cancellation

Depositing money to us is an indication of readiness to make use of the tour and travel arrangements and accommodation we reserve on your behalf. All cancellations are subject to a certain charge based on estimated losses properly calculated as follows:

If you cancel your trip 91 days to departure, 20% is forfeited.
61 days to 90 days, 30% of the safari cost is forfeited.
40 days to 60 days 60% of the tour cost is forfeited.
31 days to 39 days, 80% of the safari cost is forfeited.
If cancellations are done one month (30 Days) to the trip or No show, 100% of the safari is forfeited.
For payments not paid in full to the date of the departure, and failure of making final payments, reservations will be cancelled and no refund will be availed.
